I’m heading home on autopilot. I stop at red lights and go at greens. I use my indicators and stay in the correct lane. I look but I don’t see. I don’t see because I’m not really there. The reason I don’t close my eyes to rest is because I’m doing 40 in a residential area. Routine takes over and drives. It drives me home where I can rest.
