60 A Day

I set myself the goal of doing 60 sit ups a day, every day in February. The first four days were the hardest and my abs ached all the time. After the fourth day it no longer hurt; I found it much easier and I’m doing them faster too. I’m now 18 days into it and I don’t plan to stop come March. I don’t know if I’ll do even more sit ups or do more exercises. I’m looking forward to the sun still being up when I come home from work so I can ride my mountain bike again.
