It's now week five of my second semester at university and it's taken me four them to get over my anxiety. I spent the first 10 minutes of a lecture huddled up wanting to be left alone before my anxiety would subside. I looked as though I was tired with my head resting on my arms at the desk. Afterwards I'd be able to continue on with the day in a perfectly normal manner. I've made more friends too, they are great people and very understanding which is helpful when I'm having a small anxiety attack. I have also settled down when hanging out with my best friends which is a great help since my anxiety doesn't render me useless an hour or so before I see them.
